How To Get Tax Sale Lists for Free

Once you know when the sales tax is coming in your area, you need to get the list of properties that are for sale. I use naco.org Find home for sale online tax lists for tax lien and tax deed sales. This works only for counties that have this information online. For counties or states that do not have this information online, you can call the tax collector and ask how to get the list of sales taxes, or you can purchase the tax sale list from a provider list of tax sale. To go to the website of the county, first go to naco.org and click on the link to find a county. This will take you to a page with a map of the United States. Click on the state that interests you and you will be brought to the web page that the state with a list of all counties of the state. Find the province you are interested and click on this link. You will be directed to the NACO page for that county. Click on the link for the county on top of the page and you can access the web site of the county. Note that this only works if the county has a website.

Once you are on the county Web site, look for a link with the county department or office that is responsible for conducting the sales tax. For most states, this will be the county treasurer or tax collector county. If you are not sure who is responsible for the sales tax in your state, then check out my leadership of the State. Once at the website of the person or office that conducts the tax sale, look for a link to a list of properties for sale tax. For larger counties, you can usually find online. The exception to this is the counties in the states north-east. Many northeastern states have sales tax county. Instead, the sales tax shall be conducted by the city, so instead of trying the website of the county, in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey, look for the website municipal tax collectors - not county website . New York has both county and municipal sales in some countries.

If you can not find the list for sale online tax you want, you can always buy a list from a tax sale list provider. Even if you can find the fee online listing for free sale, you can still buy the list from a tax sale list provider. This is because the list that you get from the tax collector does not always have the information you need. Often it will be only a parcel ID, owner name, and amount due. What you want to know is what is the address of the property, what is the assessment and the value of the property, the type or class property is, and how big the property. All this (and sometimes even more) is included in the detailed list that you can get sales tax from vendors list.
