Diet to Fight Cellulite and Lose Weight Simultaneously


Many of the diets used for weight loss diets can also be very effective in fighting cellulite. The important thing is to know that diets are not very long and do not fight directly to cellulite, it also prepares our bodies to get by gradually eliminating either combined with a specific exercise routine and the application of anti-cellulite products and treatments.

For dinner you can eat fish baked or grilled and seasoned with spices is just, forget the mayonnaise, mustard and all those toppings. It has to be as naturally as possible. And before bed must take the last glass of grapefruit juice a day.

This diet you should not do it for over a week since most foods you eat are liquid.
