Football coach. Lifelong Learning
It is very important for those guys who are excited about the enthusiasm for football and someday have to be coaches from and huge desire to learn and acquire new knowledge to know little by little what is the complicated job of a coach football in any category.
Whoever wants to become a competent technician whose intention is to one day to the highest level must have a clear idea stuck in your head: The ongoing training that will allow you to always be learning.
In the case of young people starting their business and begin working with the bottom base is critical categories that have very clear what the purpose of the way to go in learning to start your training:
1-must learn to know the players you have to work. In case you do with children should take into account how old they are and what the most desirable training both in the physical, technical, tactical and psychological.
2-will have to know to interact and live with the parents of his players and club managers in which they operate.
3-They know the secrets of their profession and how they do the job of the coach itself in all aspects and at the same time know the qualities needed to lead a team.
Seeking alternatives to formal training and other private character, and always with the aim of offering different options for learning, training Football Trainer project wants to address all youth coaches beginners or not so young who debuted as technicians in the complicated world of football at any level, from Benjamin professionals.
This initiative is not intended in any way replace or compete with the courses that agencies such as the Royal Spanish Football Federation, School of Sport and other government entities held each season at various levels and degrees.
This is not the aim of Football Trainer, rather, is focused on the idea that the training activities carried out from this project would complement other specific teachings. It is intended that starting coaches have more extensive training and know the game and its intricacies from other points of view based primarily on practice and experience of other coaches.
Knowledge does not take place and everyone can contribute their knowledge drop in the vast sea that is the world of football and that this serves to make and transmit to others their teachings.
To end the recommendation that we do from here to all the coaches who are starting is that no matter what your particular goals and that everyone has the good intention to get as high as possible, the most important is to be a good coach, whether in the professional, amateur or base and that requires the addition of much hope and sacrifice, a vast array of knowledge and nonconformity which is never satisfied with what you know and constantly seeking to acquire new learning.
