The One feeds

Different ailments require different medications. One of the challenges associated with reading and writing of personal growth, healing and completeness, is that a person's blessing is the curse of another person. A person may need more, and another person needs less the same thing. Someone needs their pickups need to slow down other rhythms. Some people need to be more assertive, others need to control their aggression. Some need to take more risks, while others need to think more before you jump.

We tend to lose the message that we must listen. It 's like if you wear glasses with filtering lenses. Those who benefit from seeing a little more 'green, wear green glasses that filter. Those who would benefit from seeing red, have lenses that allow only green to shine through. Consciously slow that change opens new personal perspectives. It can help us discover the places undernourished throughout our lives. Seeing what you do not want to see and hear what we do not want to hear, is often the only way to move forward in our journey toward healing and wholeness. In other words, we chose to be aware rather than avoid. We choose our destiny on our denial. We feed hungry parts of our spirit, rather than supercharged.

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson in a battle that goes on inside people. He said: "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. E 'anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good. And 'joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith. "

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked: "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied: "What you eat." ......
