Attributes of Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs
JZ is a highly successful entrepreneur and highlights the importance of health, fitness and exercise to be able to continue operating effectively in all areas of his life. Since 1990, as an entrepreneur, JZ who has chronic neck and nerve related problems from back pain, the value of benefits immediately Twitch Obtaining Intramuscular Stimulation, also most of its early development stages using needles.
In 1990, Twitch Obtaining Intramuscular stimulation was performed manually using dry needling with acupuncture needles which then progressed to automated twitch to obtain the stimulation intramuscularly (ATOIMS) using mono polar electromyographic (EMG) needles. This then developed into contraction to obtain the electrical stimulation intramuscularly (ETOIMS), still using mono-polar needles EMG. Please visit [http://www.painfree-international.org] for details of this evolutionary history. This is the website of the patient-funded charitable foundation for the dissemination of information to patients with myofascial pain and fibromyalgia. JZ is the President of the International Charitable Foundation-painless.
In 2006, the development of advanced medical technology and became state-of-the-art eToims with application of the method of the surface without the need to puncture with needles. Today, pain condition JZ is easier to control since the results are faster and immediately effective as seen in the following video.
So, JZ continues to invest in his health, continued to receive his weekly Twitch obtaining intramuscular electrical stimulation (eToims) sessions.
In eToims, motor points or neuromuscular junctions (acupuncture / trigger points) are electrically stimulated muscles by muscle through the application of the surface. The point of the engine is being sought by the repetitive stimulation of more areas each muscle to the point of the engine is of importance for each muscle. The subsequent point stimulation of the motor causes strong contractions contraction force that helps to promote circulation and also produces an internal effect of lengthening the muscle fibers adjacent to the point of the engine.
Permanent relief from pain and functional improvements occur only on locating the motor point. The remote stimulation of the motor point or muscle stimulation, these will not lead to definitive results.
Having received the benefits of Twitch Relief Method eToims, JZ age 81 continues to function effectively in his work, and as a member of his family and his community.
In his words, speaks of JZ entrpreneurs and as we follow his story this week, you'll understand that he has all these qualifications!
What are the attributes of the entrepreneur?
Risk-taking, commitment, vision, creativity, imagination. He is an active person who participates with enthusiasm, as opposed to a passive spectator. He must be innovative. If you can not scan over an obstacle that must plan to sneak around it. He does what needs to be done in order to achieve a goal.
An entrepreneur must be agile, nimble and conditioned, reacts quickly when opportunities can be developed. To be practically advantageous, an entrepreneur must possess good judgment and must know when and where to compromise and, above all, the entrepreneur must be practical.
Paradoxically, an entrepreneur must be a maverick and a nonconformist. Charles Dickens opens the "Tale of Two Cities" as "the best of times and the worst of times", etc. Dickens was trying to say that life is not characterized by white and black. Life is characterized by patches of black spots on one end and white at the other extreme with a lot of gray in between.
That seems logical that others may not make sense for the entrepreneur.
Ability to get along with people
Character of an entrepreneur must include empathy, the ability to relate to others, and the ability to build commercial offers in a fair manner. Driving a hard bargain is based on truth and right to bargain. An entrepreneur must be fair to all stakeholders that enhances the credibility, satisfaction and, in the long run, minimize misunderstandings and disputes.
Must have a vision, the ability to see over the hill and must see the big picture. Must focus intensely on his goal and must have his eye on the ball. He must not afford to be distracted or discouraged for any reason.
However, an employer must be discriminating, selective, and have the good sense to deviate from his course at the appropriate time. The entrepreneur needs to know when to stop, but at the same time, nothing to discourage his vision. In addition, as conditions change an entrepreneur must act on instinct '.
JZ learned the lesson early in life by helping his father in the field lingerie shop from 10 years. He learned from his father's business life, the company to have a good sense of meaning and value of the dollar.
The selective activation of the muscles with eToims
A weekly series of films to follow the course of two patients who underwent selective activation of muscles using Electrical Twitch Obtaining Intramuscular Stimulation (eToims) Twitch Relief Method.
JZ The first patient is 81 years with chronic neck and back pain since the age of 31. He undergoes weekly treatments eToims since 1990.
The second patient, Melissa has 19 years with chronic back pain since the age of 13. She undergoes weekly treatments eToims since 2003. We will discuss his case another day.
They relate their stories of life and dealing with chronic pain. You will see how they work and progress has been made since undergoing eToims sessions.
In the movie entitled JZ entrepreneurs (attached below and also published in the blogroll below Wednesday with JZ movies), the first session eToims, JZ has difficulty standing on one leg at a time.
Photos listed below will help you better understand the video.
Before eToims, JZ is on the left leg and hip JZ tends to the right because of the weakness of the left gluteus medius muscle. This is called the Trendelenburg positive sign.
