Start by running some branding research. When was the last time I went out to customers, prospects and past customers and asked them what they thought of your industry? Are you sure you know what the customers want? That does not say what we want? You know where to go before finding a company like yours? They are going to the Internet and do research or find yourself in a trade publication?
Now you need to search it internally with key employees. What do you think? How they perceive the company? It is in line with what you want your brand identity to be? You also have a clear identity?
