Human Consciousness .... It's becoming disabled Almost Sure-Juani-(Juan Fco Cañadas Montañez)

And, come to the point where we are these days, there are many things that go through my head, some do not want to have to remember more. But above all, there is a question that every time I stop to think, not to give me around, hovering almost every hour: And is that really who are the handicapped? Do the disabled? Or those who, like the vast majority are considered "normal"? (Which would be seen and which, as the saying goes, nobody's perfect). I think we are all to a greater or lesser extent, disabled in some aspect of our lives.

But what surprises me, angers me, and I really catches my attention, is so frivolous, trivial, and ignorant that we dealt with these issues, as if it were not with us but with beings from other planets, by the mere fact that we believe does not affect us directly.

I think most people should show more interest in sign language, because in these times we can not afford to be or remain incommunicado, incomunicantes, and indifferent to the rest of the visually impaired, hearing or speech; thus losing the opportunity to interact with people, who certainly could give us a much more sensible, realistic and optimistic in the world.

A little reflection on why the title of this note. I'll tell you why I believe that human consciousness is disabled: Because one of two, or the voice of conscience has become more tenuous and moves each time, or the human ear has been hardened or ensordenciendo more and more with the Over the years and centuries.

Finally I will leave (though not much believe in politicians) a phrase from Colin Powell: "The ability to feel shame is a good moral compass." And some thoughts of Aristotle, "Moral excellence is the result of habit. We become just by performing acts of justice tempered, doing acts of temperance, courage, performing acts of courage."

That is so .... almost certain ....
