Portuguese Call Center


Call center:

Improper use of the Portuguese language can cause a distortion in the message.

Currently in Argentina, hundreds of call center operate closely in Portuguese. The increase in trade with Brazil, Mercosur and the increase of favorable market for cheap labor resulted in the creation of this type of care.

The Portuguese and Spanish are very similar, both winners that may impair the effectiveness of communication.

The lack of specific knowledge and proper training of the language user may cause malfunctions in the transmission and understanding of communication and create a distortion in the message.

Some of these faults would be easily curable if the claim had not already possess sufficient knowledge to ignore or nothing to learn. The illness creates barriers to learning about improving customer service.

Communication means becomes common, exchange views, make it known, involves interactions, exchange of messages. It is a process of sharing of experiences, which amends the mindset of the parties involved.

For a message becomes effective are some requirements: be physically accessible to the receptor, be comprehended by him, to be tested and be of some use. The sender of the message can cause a deviation in the function of communication that is not consistent with these requirements.

Some care and precautions should be taken when communicating in another language, that is not caused a major problem, right at the time the function is to address and respond positively to the customer. Being a support, these failures can be even more complex, since the effect can cause a defect in technical factor.

An irate customer, may be even more furious if there is a distortion in communication. Small wrong words, misuse or improper use of the phonetics of the language, can cause a wrong message and the recipient's response is not favorable for the process of solving the problem.
