Positions To Get Pregnant

Among the best ways to get pregnant should consider the sexual position, since some poses can help more than others in the process.

Are some sexual positions better than other positions to get pregnant?

Many people believe that, despite the fact that the vaginal mucus is responsible for moving the sperm to the egg is a good idea to help in the process. Although there is no scientific evidence that any particular sexual position take you to the concept, then you'll see some recommendations based on common sense to increase your chances of getting pregnant:

Positions to get pregnant

Those who support the optimization of sexual positions to help with conception take place those that allow the sperm closer to the cervix. For example, the missionary position (man on top) is more promising than other positions to get pregnant.

If you have a tip or tipped uterus, you have better luck having intercourse from behind. Making love from behind may allow the sperm better access to the cervix.

Sex Positions to Avoid

Poses such as sitting, standing, or the woman on top, will not allow the sperm to reach its destination, it will be harder for the sperm reach the cervix.

Making love out of the water

Making love in the water can be exciting or different, but decreases your chances of getting pregnant. First, because if you have sex in water, is a good chance that sperm swimming ends in the hot tub. And second, because if the water is warm, decrease sperm production in men.

Help yourself to maintain a lean

When you're done playing, put a pillow under your hips to keep it slightly elevated for 15-20 minutes. In this way you will increase your chances to get pregnant, as it helps the flow of sperm to reach the cervix. No need to put legs in the air, much less an expensive "pillow of infertility," just a pillow that elevates you and keep you comfortable. Again, this is more a measure of common sense, it is not scientifically confirmed that produces results , but do not hurt to try.

Does having an orgasm can increase my chances of conceiving?

Some people believe that a woman who climaxes after her partner ejaculates is more likely to get pregnant, but no evidence to support this idea either.

The female orgasm is not a necessary component of conception, but it is possible that uterine contractions help move the sperm into the fallopian tubes. (These are painless contractions occur involuntarily even when you're not having sex, especially in the time of ovulation).

These were some recommendations of positions to get pregnant, as I said, there are proven methods but rather based on common sense, however, do not lose anything by trying, but if you want more detailed recommendations and proven, to help you increase your chances of getting pregnant, I highly recommend the ebook "How to get pregnant in 60 Days" by Anne Johnsonn, which contains plenty of ways to get pregnant, and a plan of action that will help you get pregnant in less than 60 days.
